The pandemic began in late 2019, but its major impact on the employment market was felt from 2020 onwards due to COVID-19.  It reshaped the real estate industry more than most people realise — not just short-term disruption, there were entry of job switchers into the real estate industry, as after a slew of retrenchment, real estate provided income control and flexibility. 

This is where family units come to realize that this industry could be suited as it has many pros & cons working alongside as a couple.

In this day and age, with inflation and the economic state of the country there are many family units with both husband and wife working to gain financial stability to provide for their household. There couples venture into this, as it provides a shared vision of achieving financial goals as the opportunities are endless while creating strong understanding in business strategies.
